Negative Free Bids
------------------

	After RHO overcalls partner's opening, a free bid shows a weak
	hand!  To show a stronger hand, partner must double and then
	bid their suit.

Example:
	part	opp	you
	1C	1S	2H = 10 or less points with hearts

	1H	1S	2D = 10 or less points with diamonds

	1H	1S	x  = negative double OR strong minor hand
